It has been our common wish to protect the data information esp. the video footage saved inside a car DVR which is the host device of our vehicle surveillance system so that we have solid evidence for insurance claims or civil actions, Yet contrary to our expectation, the data files are often unaccessible or even lost in case of hard crash or high fire because the data storage devices of DVR have already been damaged in the accidents. The refractory crashworthy memory device is just designed to tackle this problem. The fireproof performance of the unique memory device exactly matches or even exceeds the standard of a flight black box as per EUROCAE standard ED-155 for lightweight flight recording systems issued in 2009. The reinforced data memory device survives 1100℃ high temperature fires and remain functional 100m underwater for 240 hours. The rugged memory device for trains made as per US DOT criteria ( FRA 49 CFR Part 229 ) survives 1100℃ high temperature for 2 hours. Third party verifications are available for these products.

The rugged memory device may be connected to DVR as an external data storage device that protects your data information of vehicle surveillance in extremely harsh conditions.
